TCS Atlas Hiring is a prestigious recruitment initiative launched to identify and nurture exceptional analytical talent. Eligibility Criteria
The TCS Atlas Hiring 2026 drive is exclusively open to candidates who meet the following academic requirements:
- Full-time 2-year Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mathematics or Statistics, or
- Full-time 2-year Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics
- Year of Passing: 2026
- Degree must be obtained from a recognized university or institution
Please note that part-time, distance learning, or correspondence courses are not eligible for this hiring process.
Application Process
Candidates must apply through the official TCS NextStep Portal by following the steps outlined below:
- Visit the TCS NextStep Portal and log in or register.
- While registering, ensure the category selected is “IT”.
- Complete the application form with accurate academic and personal details.
- Submit the application form and click on “Apply for Drive.”
- Select In-Center Test Mode and choose your preferred test center.
- After submission, verify your application status under “Track Your Application.” The status should reflect as Applied for Drive.
Failure to click on Apply for Drive will result in the application not being considered.
Test Pattern and Assessment Structure
The online assessment for TCS Atlas Hiring 2026 has a total duration of 115 minutes. The test is designed to evaluate candidates across multiple analytical and aptitude areas relevant to data-driven and consulting roles.
The assessment consists of five sections, as listed below:
- Statistics – Concepts related to probability, distributions, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation
- Mathematics – Topics such as linear algebra, calculus, optimization, and numerical reasoning
- Economics – Fundamental economic principles, analytical reasoning, and applied economics
- Programming – Basic programming logic and problem-solving skills
- Verbal Ability – English language comprehension, grammar, and verbal reasoning
Test and Selection Process
- The assessment will be conducted in an In-Center (offline) mode at designated TCS iON Centers.
- Test center allocation will be based on availability and is subject to a first-come, first-served basis.
- Communication related to the test schedule and instructions will be shared via email by TCS iON, the official test partner.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive further details regarding interviews and next steps through their registered email ID.
Important Guidelines for Candidates
- Candidates must possess a valid Aadhaar Card for registration on the TCS NextStep Portal.
- All academic details entered must match official records. Any discrepancy may lead to disqualification.
- Original academic certificates and documents must be produced during the interview stage.
- CGPA must be converted to percentage as per university guidelines before submission.
- TCS does not charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Official communication will only be sent from authorized TCS email IDs.
