Knowledge of cloud computing, including virtualization, hosted services, multi-tenant cloud infrastructures, storage systems, and content delivery networks.

Experience with REST & GraphQL APIs

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and own L1 application software (control path & data path) and related device driver features in close collaboration with customer and requirement teams
Drive system-wide features from architecture and design to delivery
Work on software system design, inter-process communication, threading, and OS concepts
Contribute to device driver development including:
- Boot process on x86 processors with multi-OS support (U-Boot, Coreboot)
- BSPs, board bring-up, provisioning
- Protocols: PCI/PCIe, SPI, DMA, I2C
- BCM switch programming
- IP stack drivers, io-pkt driver
Participate in automated testing and CI pipelines within the development workflow
Engage in E2E solution design for communication frameworks across digital (packet) and optical (channel) networks
Deliver high-quality features on time using TDD and automated test suites
Support customers by resolving live issues and technical queries directly

Key Skills & Experience

Strong programming skills in C, C++, Go, Shell scripting, Python
Experience in embedded systems/Linux software development (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to quickly learn software architecture and modular design
Skilled at navigating and extending complex legacy codebases
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and debugging skills
