What You’ll Do

  • Monitor SOC alerts and create/maintain SIEM dashboards and reports.
  • Perform initial triage and assess the severity of security alerts.
  • Conduct log reviews across security tools such as EDR, Email Security, Firewall, WAF, IDS, etc.
  • Operate and manage security systems (endpoint protection, vulnerability assessment, cloud security tools, etc.) to ensure continuous protection.
  • Run vulnerability scans and share remediation details with system owners.
  • Support cloud security operations (e.g., CSPM).
  • Resolve and escalate security-related Service Desk tickets as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security (SOC experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Experience using security controls for comprehensive log reviews (EDR, Email Security, Firewall, WAF, IDS, etc.).
  • Trained or certified in at least one industry-recognized security certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCSP, etc.).

AMAZON : BUSINESS ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop highly available dashboards and metrics using SQL and Excel/Tableau.
  • Execute high-priority, cross-functional projects to build robust, scalable analytics solutions and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, and partner teams to align objectives and deliverables.
