Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) 2025 is the perfect opportunity. This program allows you to work at Wipro while earning your M.Tech degree from a premier institute in India, fully sponsored by the company.

Eligibility Criteria

• 10th & 12th Standard: Pass (open school/distance accepted)
• Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines)
• Eligible Degrees:
  • BCA
  • B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)
• Graduation Year: 2024 & 2025
• Mathematics Requirement: Must have studied Core Mathematics at graduation (Business/Applied Maths not accepted)
• Backlogs: 1 backlog allowed during online assessment (must be cleared before 6th semester)
• Education Gap: Up to 3 years allowed between 10th and graduation start (no gaps allowed during graduation)
• Citizenship: Indian citizens, PIO/OCI cardholders; Bhutan & Nepal nationals must submit citizenship proof
• Age: Minimum 18 years at the time of registration

Selection Process

The hiring process involves multiple stages:

1. Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 mins)
   • Verbal (20 Qs, 20 mins)
   • Analytical (20 Qs, 20 mins)
   • Quantitative (20 Qs, 20 mins)
   • Written Communication Test (20 mins)
2. Round 2 – Voice Assessment
3. Round 3 – Business Discussion

Service Agreement

• Duration: 60 months (5 years)
• Candidates leaving before this period must repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.

Salary Package (Stipend & Benefits)

• 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) per month
• 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI) per month
• 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI) per month
• 4th Year: ₹23,000 per month
• Joining Bonus: ₹75,000 (with service agreement)

Important Notes

• Wipro reserves the right to accept/reject applications at its discretion.
• Any malpractice (fraud, impersonation, unfair means during assessment) will lead to disqualification and legal action.
• Final offers will be rolled out only after pre-skilling training is successfully completed.
